Similarly, the survival risk score of an EV sample = 0.615 × log2 (level of miR-1237-3p) + 0.917 × log2 (level of U33) − 0.106 × log2 (level of hsa_piR_019420) − 1.01 × log2 (level of miR-548av-5p) − 4.948. A sample is predicted as high (low) risk if its prognostic index is >0 (≤0).
