Western blot expression of CCR5 in HCC cells is induced by CCL5. HCC cells were treated with CCL5 with or without maraviroc for 30 min, and the expression of the CCR5 protein was analyzed by immunoblots. The house-keeping marker (GAPDH) was used as a loading control. The immunoblots shown are representative of three independent experiments.
