Effects of NOB on the protein expression of megakaryocytic differentiation markers in K562 cells. (a) Cells were treated with vehicle or NOB (40 and 80 μM) for 96 h. The protein expression of CD61, CD41 and actin was measured by Western blot analysis. The immunoblots were performed at three independent experiments. A represent blot is shown.
