Nef- and Tat-induced senescence in ASCs was associated with insulin resistance in ASC-derived adipocytes. After 30 days of treatment with Tat or Nef, ASCs, isolated from different abdominal SCAT healthy donors, were differentiated into adipocytes for 14 days. The treatment was stopped during the differentiation. (A) On day 14 of differentiation, the cells were stimulated (or not) with 100 nmol/L insulin for 7 min.
