H460 cells were injected subcutaneously into the left forelimb of BALB/c nude mice (5 × 10⁵ cells/mouse). The tumor volume grew to 80–100 mm³, and the mice were randomly divided into four groups. Then, 0.1 mL of PBS, 0.31 mg/kg of Tα1-RGDR, and 0.25 mg/kg of Tα1 were continuously injected subcutaneously every day, whereas 10 mg/kg of paclitaxel (Tax) was injected every other day.
