Chronic hypoxia reduces circadian BMAL1 expression in breast cancer cells. (a) Breast cancer cell lines were incubated in normoxia or 2% O2 hypoxia for 48 h. Cell lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting. (b) MCF-10A was incubated in normoxia or 2% O2 hypoxia for 48 h. Cell lysates were analyzed by immunoblotting.
