Codon optimization tools such as Codon Optimization Online (COOL), OPTIMIZER, and Codon Wizard optimize the codon for enhanced gene expression. Epimatrix and TEPITOPE SYFPEITHI are scaffolding and epitope prediction tools. Modeling tools such as CHARMm, MacroModel, and MOIL are used for modeling the structure of the protein.
