The role of PVA in polymeric nanoparticles prepared by microfluidics. The effect of incorporating different concentrations of PVA (0.5%, 1% and 2% w/v) as stabiliser in the H56 loaded PLGA 75:25 nanoparticles formulated using microfluidics TFR 10 mL/min and FRR 1:1 was investigated in terms of a particle size (grey bars) and PDI (white dots) and b zeta potential.
