Summary of differential expression of cytochrome P450 enzymes. For each comparison, we report the number of differentially expressed cytochrome P450s, the expected number of differentially expressed cytochrome P450s given the number of differentially expressed genes in all and the proportion of genes classified as cytochrome P450s, and the binomial probability of having the observed number of differentially expressed cytochrome P450s by chance. The first three comparisons correspond to genetic differences in expression, the next two to plastic (host) differences in expression, and the final four include genetic and plastic differences.
