The correlation analysis of GPX3 and DIO1 was performed by the LinkFinder module of LinkedOmics. ACOX1, ALDH2, FUT6, and LRRC19 were the intersection genes generated from the GPX3 association results, DIO1 association results, and top 500 survival genes of KIRC. We used the Pearson Correlation test as the statistical method. Scatter plots showing associations with the four individual genes in detail. p < 0.01 and Pearson correlation coefficient R > 0.3 were considered as the two genes were statistically correlated in KIRC.
