The effect of red clover extract (RC) and red clover anthocyanins fraction (RCA) on gene expression and TNFα secretion in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Expression of genes related to pro-inflammatory markers was determined in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells that were treated with or without RC (AE) or RCA (FJ) at concentrations of 5, 10, or 20 μg/mL.
