Note that initial τD = Δt has been chosen to be the frame length Δt = 0.195 [s]. The proposal distribution of s0 is a normal distribution restricted to [0, 1] with reflection at the boundaries, denoted here by N[0,1]. Further, initial F0=medT0ti<T{yi} is the median of the total observed fluorescence in the ROI, taken over all bleaching frames.
