Sox2 overexpression abolished the enhanced effects of AP on the sensitivity of osteosarcoma cells to DOX. (D) and (E) Colony formation assay was performed in Sox2 overexpressed KHOS and U2OS cells to evaluate the effects of DOX or AP+DOX on cell proliferation.
