Metformin inhibits the expression of lncRNA-UCA1 in colon cancer in vitro. (A) Expression of the five lncRNAs reported to exert procancer effects in SW480 and SW620 cells was measured by qRT-PCR. The results showed that lncRNA-UCA1 has the highest expression level among these five candidate lncRNAs.
