Pipeline used for computational modeling. Imaging data is acquired for the vessel of interest. The angiography images are segmented to identify the geometry of the vessel. Surface and volumetric meshes are created using available meshing software packages. Boundary conditions are defined and parameters are set in order to run simulations and analyze hemodynamic parameters, such as WSS, OSI, and others. Figure modified from Numata et al. (2016).
