Antibacterial assays of pure compounds against P. aeruginosa. Briefly, 50 µg/mL of each compound was incubated with 1 × 106 bacteria at 37 °C for 2 h. Next, cultures were serially diluted and plated onto agar plates. Following this incubation, viable bacterial colonies were counted and c.f.u. was recorded.
