The thermal melting results are averages of two independent trials and are reproducible within ±1 °C. Tm values of these sequences without compounds are listed above.
Thermal melting changes of MM41with G4-hTERT resulted in a nonstandard melting curve. We therefore predicted the ΔTm value based on the similarity in structures between MM41 and SOP1812.
