Immobilization of P. kudriavzevii LC375240. Pieces of corncobs and coconut wastes or calcium alginate beads with entrapped cells were added into YPD medium for yeast cells cultivation at 30 °C for 24 h with 180 rpm shaking. The immobilization images from the supports were captured using scanning electron microscope. Immobilized beads were cut to slices before being captured.
