RFRexp indicates value ranges calculated using RFR=RFmutant/RFwildtype from previously reported experimental RF measurements, where "a" stands for measurements for FPV, the prodrug of APV. RFRcalc indicates average calculated RFR value from the distribution described in Eq. 4 with subscript and superscript corresponding to lower and upper bound of 95% credible interval, respectively
