*Calculations of k’ during germination has no physical meaning as the sample is evolving throughout this process but it allows to visualize the large increase in motions amplitude occurring during germination.

**Statistics was not sufficient to perform acceptable fits; as the slope is almost zero, the calculated effective force constant becomes meaningless.
