The figure shows the putative products of genes clustered in different functional categories inferred from clusters of orthologous group (COG) assignments and gene ontology (GO) terms (see Materials and Methods). The two numbers separated by a slash (“/”) after each product indicate the respective number of copies that could be assembled de novo and those that were estimated from variations in Illumina read depth.
