Effect of BAPTA-AM and PKA inhibitors on the expression of BDNF induced by 10 ng/ml TNF-α. Incubation of smooth muscle tissues for 24 h with the Ca2+ chelating agent BAPTA-AM or a PKA inhibitor both abolished the increase in BDNF expression induced by 10 ng/ml TNF-α.
