Overlapping GO terms induced by TCS and MTCS treatment. The HepG2 cells were treated with TCS and MTCS at 20 μM for 6 h, RNA was extracted and measured with the Affymetrix Human U133 plus 2.0 chip. The enriched GO terms classified as BP, CC, and MF were represented with circle, triangle, and square, respectively. The enrichment degree of GO terms was sorted based on numbers of enriched DEGs and p values and were indicated by different colors in each category.
