PSA accelerated the osteogenic differentiation of MSCs. (A) With increasing concentrations of PSA, the ARS staining intensity on day 14 of osteogenic induction increased. The quantification of ARS staining gradually increased from 0 to 500 ng/mL PSA. (B) The ALP staining intensity also increased after treatment with increasing concentrations of PSA. ALP activity was increased after PSA treatment.
