The top row of this table contains the two items from the graduate student and postdoctoral researcher SB survey that assess productivity among peers within a research group, as well as at their same career stage. Graphical comparison of these regression variables is shown in the bottom row, referenced to the logit scores of the population of respondents who feel they publish less than their peers. * indicates p ≤ 0.05 for the regression. Regression variables suggest that, in general, respondents who publish less than their peers are less likely to feel a sense of belonging.
