Infection of TZM-bl cells by NE1 and E1 viruses (A) by normalizing pseudovirus input to RT activity. In B-F, 100,000 RLU of the E1 and NE1 pseudoviruses was incubated with TZM-bl cells in the presence of (B) CD4-Ig, (C) soluble CD4 (sCD4), (D) CD4-mimetic DMJ-II-121, and the CD4 induced antibodies (E) 17b and (F) 447-52D. All assays were conducted in triplicate. Data are represented as mean values; error bars indicate SEM. The dotted line indicates 50% infection.
