Dust was spiked with ILTV at a concentration of 400 TCID₅₀ and either reconstituted in cell medium immediately (Nil) or dried at 30°C for 24h (Dried) or dried and subjected to two freeze-thaw cycles (Dried and freeze-thaw). Superscripts (^ABC) not sharing the same letter denote difference (p < 0.05) between samples.
