We adjusted the stimulator intensity to attempt to keep this pulse consistent (i.e., ∼1 mV) throughout each experiment. We did not observe any changes across stimulation time points or between coil orientations that could be attributed to plastic changes either via PAS for 21.5 ms (experiment 2) or motor learning (experiment 3).
