Leflunomide inhibited PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in bladder cancer cells. 5637 and T24 cells were treated with leflunomide (200μM) or DMSO for 6 to 48 hours, the phosphorylation levels of PI3K/Akt pathway proteins in 5637 (A and B) and T24 (C and D) cells were determined by Western blot.
