Effect of HN on the progression and chemosensitivity of experimental TNBC. BALB/c mice were s.c. inoculated with 3 × 10⁵ murine TNBC 4T1 cells and treated with an injection of liposomal Doxorubicin (DOXO, 100 µg/mouse) at days 15 and 21 post-tumor inoculation. Mice received 6 injections of HN (10 μg/mouse) administered every other day starting at day 15. (A) Tumor size was measured with caliper 3 times a week. *p < 0.05 DOXO vs. control; ^p < 0.05 DOXO vs. DOXO + HN. Multiple regression analysis (n = 8).
