Vascular leakage in AG6 mice induced by infection of DENV-2 8H2-7-LP and DENV-2 1D4-5-SP. AG6 mice of 8 weeks old were infected with 105 PFU DENV-2 8H2-7-LP or 1D4-5-SP through s.c. injection. Seven days post infection, mice were injected intravenously with Evans blue and DENV-induced vascular leakage was visualized in different tissues. PBS infected mice were used as negative controls.
