Flow cytometric analysis of cot-HER2apt-MMAEs. NCI-N87 cells (3 × 105) were incubated with 100 pmoL of cot-HER2aptctl-MMAE, cot-HER2apt14-MMAE, or cot-HER2apt28-MMAE at 4 °C. The cells incubated with 100 pmoL of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC)-labeled secondary antibody (with or without primary antibody) served as negative controls. Fluorescence was measured by using a FACSVerse flow cytometer.
