Measurement of oxidative stress. Reactive oxygen species (ROS) production induced by bicalutamide (Bic) was measured by (a) dihydroethidium (DHE) flow cytometry at 60 min and (b) dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFDA) staining at 10 and 60 min (# p < 0.05; ** p < 0.01; Scale bar=100 μM).
