Effects of xanthohumol on patient-derived xenograft (PDX) tumor growth in vivo. (A) Xanthohumol treatment decreased the tumor volume compared to vehicle treatment. The asterisks (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01) indicated a significant decrease in Ki-67 and KRT18 expression in xanthohumol treated tissues compared to untreated controls.
