Left ovarian thecoma in a 68-year-old woman. (2-1) Cross-sectional T2WI showed that the lesion is located in the left posterior uterus. The edge is clear, elliptical, and a likely flocculent cyst change (arrowhead). A small amount of free effusion can be seen in the pelvic cavity. (2-2) B value of the DWI sequence of 1000 s/mm 2 showed a hyperintense signal with diffuse restriction and clear edges. (2-3) Enhanced scanning, with lesions showing uneven and mild enhancement; no enhancement was seen in the cystic zone.
