(A) The binding sites of HOTAIR and miR-106b-5p were predicted via Starbase v2.0 (B–D) and dual-luciferase reporter and RIP, as well as RNA pull-down assays were performed to verify the relationship between miR-106b-5p and HOTAIR. The results of agarose electrophoresis of the PCR products were showed. (E) The level of miR-106b-5p was identified by qRT-PCR after knockdown of HOTAIR in vitro;*P<0.05.
