Difference in TILs (CD3 positive cell) density among PD-L1/B7-H4 subgroup gliomas in TMA slides. Representative examples of TIL infiltration with CD3⁺ IHC score: 1, no or sporadic CD3⁺ cells; 2, moderate numbers of CD3⁺ cells; 3, abundant occurrence of CD3⁺ cells; and 4, highly abundant occurrence of CD3⁺ cells (A).
