Blocking adenosine A2B receptor attenuated netrin-1-induced macrophage infiltration. Fasted mice were co-treated with 300 mg/kg acetaminophen (APAP) and netrin-1 (1 µg/mouse) or saline as control, with some mice also receiving PSB1115 at 0 and 6 h after APAP.
