Biochemical parameters in basal conditions and after myocardial infarction induction. Blood samples were collected before acute myocardial infarction model creation (basal) and 72 h after (post-AMI). Normality was assessed using a Shapiro-Wilk test. Paired comparisons were performed using a Student t-test for parametric data or a Wilcoxon signed rank test with the Yates continuity correction for non-parametric variables. Values show the mean ± SD (n = 15). Numbers in bold show significant differences at p ≤ 0.05
