Overexpressing OsHsfB4d activates the expression of OsHsp18.0-CI and pathogenesis-related genes. Quantitative RT-PCR was performed for OsHsp18.0-CI(a) and three PR genes, including OsPR1a(b), OsPR1b(c) and OsPAL1(d), in 6-week-old wild-type and OsHsfB4d overexpression lines. The data are shown as the mean ± SD of three biological replicates. The experiments were repeated two times with similar results
