Representative IHC images of immune cell markers [CD20 (A), CD4 (B), CD8 (C), CD68 (D), and CD163 (E)] expression and its correlation with LGALS3 expression in human glioma specimens (X400). Scatterplot showed significant positive correlation between immune cells numbers and LGALS3 expression.
