Functional maintenance of the hPSC-HEP monolayer and constrained spheroids cell culture. hPSC-HEPs grows to a monolayer on the non-modified surface and form spheroids on the PEG-galactose-modified surface. hPSC-HEPs were cultured for 72 h and assessed for their hepatocyte-specific functions.
