Immortalized hepatocyte MIHA and HCC cell lines were seeded onto 100mm culture dishes and treated with IR (10Gy) as indicated. After 6h recovery, whole cell lysates (W), soluble fractions (S) and insoluble fractions (I) were collected. (a) Activation of ATM autophosphorylation in HCC. Protein fractions were blotted with ATM and ATM Serine1981 phosphorylation (pATM S1981) antibodies. (b) Protein expression and subcellular distribution of BRCA2 and DNA-PKcs.
