SASH1 knockdown induces the cell viability and invasion of HSSCC cells. HSSCC cell lines transfecting with SASH1 siRNA or NC siRNA for 48 h were constructed. The expression levels of SASH1 mRNA (A) and protein (B) were determined using RT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively. (C) Cell viability was measured using the CCK-8 assay. (D) Colony formation was evaluated using the colony formation assay. (E) Cell apoptosis was measured using the caspase-3 activity test. (F) Cell invasion was assessed by the transwell invasion assay.
