DFP significantly reduced intracellular iron in osteoblasts treated with FAC and FAS. The more profound reduction was observed in the groups under 1,25(OH)₂D₃ stimulation. **P < 0.01 ***P < 0.001 as compared to control group (0 μM) without DFP. ^#P < 0.05, ^##P < 0.01, ^###P < 0.001 as compared to the same iron concentration.
