Lineage negative Car1+ or lineage negative Car1- cells were sort-purified from the bone marrow of mice and seeded into MethoCult with hematopoietic cytokines. The percentages of (A,B) mast cells (MCs) and (C,D) erythrocytes were evaluated by flow cytometric analysis post-culture.
