Experimentally found stereoselectivities for model glycosylation reactions.

Experimental conditions: pre-activation based glycosylation conditions; nucleophile (2 eq.), Tf₂O (1.3 eq.), Ph₂SO (1.3 eq.), TTBP (2.5 eq.), DCM (0.05 M), −80 to −60 °C. The stereoselectivity of the reaction is expressed as alpha:beta and based on ¹H-NMR of the purified compounds. In all cases, the NMR spectra for both the crude and purified compounds are compared to analyze whether the measured stereoselectivity did not alter upon purification.
