Experimental conditions: pre-activation based glycosylation conditions; nucleophile (2 eq.), Tf2O (1.3 eq.), Ph2SO (1.3 eq.), TTBP (2.5 eq.), DCM (0.05 M), −80 to −60 °C. The stereoselectivity of the reaction is expressed as alpha:beta and based on 1H-NMR of the purified compounds. In all cases, the NMR spectra for both the crude and purified compounds are compared to analyze whether the measured stereoselectivity did not alter upon purification.
