Data acquisition procedure for a Ag foil sample using Si(111) diffraction order. All images are cropped from the center region of the Laue diffracted beams using a rectangular region-of-interest (ROI) with a size of 920 × 400 pixels (horizontal × vertical), as marked in Fig. 3b. The x-ray image Is shown here is the same data as shown in Fig. 3b. All the images are dark-current corrected and filtered by a 2d median filter.
