Cryo-EM images of samples withdrawn after 20 h from the reaction starting from 13.7 µM Aβ42 monomer and 13.7 µM Brichos at pH 6.8. The fibrils are covered to a much lesser degree and there is a large number of free floating nonfibrillar structures. The Inset shows a summary of the relative occurrence of the different reaction species in all nonredundant images from this condition (n = 1,661 counts from 23 images).
