Figure 2.

Total antibody (A), IgG antibody (B), and IgM antibody (C) titers of pooled day 0, 21, and 43 sera from mice before and after immunization with conjugates 1a, 1b, and 1c as determined by ELISA with conjugates 2ac as coating antigens and 1:1,000 diluted AP-linked goat anti-mouse kappa (for total antibody detection), IgG and IgM antibodies as the secondary antibodies, respectively. Antibody titers were defined as the dilution numbers of sera at which the OD405 value was 0.2. The mean antibody titer of three parallel experiments was presented for each sample, and the error bar showed the standard error of mean (SEM). *Statistically different (p < 0.05) as compared to the day 0 serum; #statistically different (p < 0.05) between the two compared groups.
